I’m Cyclese, from Singapore. I’m CEO & Co-Founder of PolkaBridge. Before I created PolkaBridge, I was a web and mobile developer with 5 years of experience in a blockchain company.I participated in investing in the cryptocurrency market in 2017, so I have so much experience in cryptocurrency investment

Our team members come from many different countries (India, Pakistan, Colombia…). We have a total of 16 members (including developers, marketers, community…)

They are experienced and very good people haha. I feel lucky to have such companions

Q2: What is POLKABRIDGE all about , it’s usecase and how you got the Idea of creating it??

PolkaBridge is a decentralized all-in-one financial application platform. The PolkaBridge ecosystem is expected to include Multichain & Cross-Chain AMM, Farming, Lending, Fundraising platform (Launchpad), Prediction, NFT, and more. All products will be developed with Polkadot in center.

The feature of PolkaBridge is the DEFI Multichain and Cross-chain applications.

Nowaday, there are many new and potential ecosystems, so users who want to use the platforms of each ecosystem must use many different application systems. PolkaBridge was born to solve that problem. Just standing in one place, users can interact with many different ecosystems.

Q3: You have a lot of partners can you tell about some of the key partnerships ?

We have many partners, like BMW Capital, Casper, Labs, Unilend, Unifarm … They helped us a lot in community development and other activities.

BMW Capital is our special partner and also our advisor . They helped us about funding, connecting potential partners, finding high quality projects for IDO Launchpad.

Q4: Why you chosen dot as the chain to base your product at and can you tell what all chains will you be allowing swap to and what will be the costs involved ?

Polkadot is a blockchain with many highlights and one of them is the feature that allows connecting multiple blockchain platforms together. Currently our products (staking, launchpad) support all 3 chains: Ethereum, BSC and Polygon. In the near future, we will launch Multichain AMM, supporting token swaps on many different blockchain platforms, including Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Polkadot, Solona, Cardano.

Q5: Share in your Tokenomics and mention about locking of liquidity and locking of team tokens. Additionally mention transaction fees charged on every transaction

PBR is a special project, as we don’t have a private sale or a seed sale. PolkaBridge IDO took place in January 2021,total raised 200k$, IDO price 0.015$ , 100% unlocked at that time. We don’t have allocation for private sale, or seed sale or presale.

Marketing fund: 20%, release 1M per month

Ecosystem fund: 30%, release 1M per month

Team fund: Release 25% every 6 months

A special feature of PBR token is deflation. 0.5% of PBR will be separated from transactions, of which 10% will be burned forever and 90% will go to the farming pool, as a reward for farmers. Example: if you send 1000 PBR from A to B, B will get 995 PBR, 1PBR will be burned and 4PBR will go to farming pool for farmers. You can join farming at https://farm.polkabridge.org/

Q6: Did you hold a pre-sale and do you have a burning or buy back system in place?

PolkaBridge does not have pre-sale or private sale. About burning system.

Every month, we also burn 1M PBR to encourage the long-term growth and development of the project. Part is boughtback and part is deducted from Ecosystem fund. Also, since PBR is a deflationary token, the burn from deflation will run forever. When our AMM launches, 0.04% transaction fee will be taken to buy back PBR and burn it.

PART 2 — Preselected Community Questions

Q1: You have a launchpad & lending feature in place so how you plan to make it survive the competition Also what’s your take on flash loans

We will only talk about Launchpad, and Lending with Flash Loan, it’s a feature of the distant future. Currently there are many launchpad platforms but the advantages of PolkaBridge Launchpad include:

+ Multichain support (BSC, Ethereum, Polygon and more chains will be integrated in the future)

+ Simple participation (just need to stake PBR to participate)

+ We select high quality IDO projects according to many evaluation criteria

+ We have a large community

Q2: Congratulations on auditing your platform with CertiK. According to the report, two findings are yet to be resolved & the remaining issues are not solved even after five months. What is the reason for neglecting those findings? Is PolkaBridge is safe despite these issues?

These are only 3 recommendations regarding information, it is not a serious security issue. PolkaBridge has been running for more than 8 months with TVLs up to over 6M$ and there have been no hacks or problems affecting users. So all is absolutely safe. And one more.

we always have a reserve fund to compensate users when something goes wrong such as hacking, scam IDO projects…

The most recent time in May, we compensated players for participating in a scam IDO project, with a total reward of up to 100k$.100% safe when use PolkaBridge.

Q3: In June, the PolkaBridge team decided to launch a new project CORGIB, a meme project which is to be used to launch your NFT marketplace and prediction platform. Can you tell us more about CORGIB token and why you decided to go the meme path?

CORGIB is actually just a meme token and a tribute to the PolkaBridge holder, it is not the core of PolkaBridge , and we do not prioritize its development. Talking about NFT and Gaming, we have PolkaWar. PolkaWar is a 3D gaming project developed by us and is an important part of the PolkaBridge ecosystem.

Q4: Once farming and staking is brought in a product they start witnessing a dump as people start selling the tokens after minting. How will you tackle this issue and what’s your view about nfts if governance feature makes a vote for it So will you implement nft is community asks for it?

Staking and Farming are indispensable products in DEFI, without it, there is no DEFI.

Firstly, talking about farming, our working mechanism is deflationary farming, PBR rewards for farmers come from transaction fees, so it doesn’t have much selling pressure.

Second, speaking of staking, we only allocate 300k PBR monthly to stackers, which is not very big either.

We will implement governance to get input from the community on important proposal. We won’t do NFT Governance, but we will consider this solution if it is good and effective. We only do things that benefit users and the community. No frills, no hassles.

Q5: Are you hiring developers or community managers or any other posts if yes how can people apply for it ? do you have any hackathons planned ? Additionally mention the biggest advantage you think you have to make your product stand out?

Currently the positions are full, we are not recruiting additional people. When there is a need, we will announce on the channel @polkabridge. We do not organize Hackathon. The biggest advantage is based on community and users. We have a large community and we can do our best to serve them.

Q1: What are the benefits of holding $PBR tokens? What is your most important competitive advantage with projects in the Polkadot network?

The main feature I think PolkaBridge is the bridge that can help use swap and bridge token from others chain to PolkaDot.

Currently Polkadot Parachain has not officially mainnet so we have to wait.

Therefore, there is not yet any platform that has the ability to swap tokens from other blockchains to Polkadot.

We are confident that PolkaBridge can do that in the future.

About Multichain & cross-chain AMM, we don’t have any competitors, but speaking of direct competition, we are competing with Uniswap, Pancakeswap…

Q2: Can you share what achievements the team has achieved so far? What is the main achievement goal that #PolkaBridge has not achieved yet. If possible also share your route please!

Q4: The total supply of $ PBR is 100,000,000, which I think is very high. Do you think this won’t have a bad impact on the token price? please describe your scenario regarding this.

We have a monthly token burn mechanism and a transaction token burn mechanism. So total supply will decrease gradually. In the next 2 years, Total supply will decrease to 50M (maximum)
